As an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) / HSE Manager (m/f/d), you will support companies in identifying risks at an early stage, establishing a strong safety culture, and implementing projects safely.

Your responsibilities:
- Advising companies and project teams on occupational safety and HSE matters
- Conducting risk assessments and safety inspections
- Preparing and implementing safety and health protection concepts
- Supporting compliance with legal requirements (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV)
- Training and raising awareness among employees in the field of occupational safety
- Collaborating with site management, project teams, and authorities; conducting risk assessments and safety inspections
Ideally, you will bring:
- Qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)
- A technical background (degree, master craftsperson qualification, or technician qualification)
- Experience in occupational safety, HSE, or construction site support
- A structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills when working with project teams
