For projects to be delivered successfully, it takes someone who keeps the overview – and ensures that safety and health protection are guaranteed at all times.
As a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) (m/f/d), this is exactly the responsibility you will take on.
You will support demanding construction projects and ensure that safety standards are not only planned, but also implemented.

Your responsibilities
- Coordinating safety and health protection on construction sites in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance
- Preparing and updating SiGe plans
- Organizing and carrying out safety inspections
- Coordinating with clients, site management, and project teams
- Supporting the implementation of occupational safety measures
- Documenting and communicating relevant safety requirements
Ideally, you will bring
- Qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo)
- A technical background, e.g. a degree, master craftsperson qualification, or technician qualification
- Experience on construction sites or in construction project management
- Knowledge of occupational safety and the Construction Site Ordinance
- A structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills when dealing with different project stakeholders
