HSE-Ingenieure GmbH has its origins in an extraordinary story of transformation – from colleagues who became friends and eventually business partners.

David Maron, Andreas Leonhardt and Julian Pabst are the creative minds behind our company. They met in 2015 while working for the same employer and became close friends not only through professional projects but also through shared interests.

The dream of starting their own company had been in their minds for a long time, and in 2019, this dream became a reality when they decided to combine their individual skills and experience and found HSE-Ingenieure GmbH.

At HSE-Ingenieure, our main focus is on providing individual support to each customer. We help companies to establish stable and legally compliant systems in the areas of health, safety and the environment.

The name HSE-Ingenieure is derived from our core competencies of ‘Health, Safety & Environment’, which form the cornerstones of our company and reflect our passion for protecting health, safety and the environment.
