Instruction

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), employers are obliged to provide their employees with regular training that is understandable to them. The focus here is on teaching safe working methods and safe behaviour. The trainer must be authorised to give instructions, which is why training is ideally carried out by a foreman for his group or by the employer himself.
