Risk assessment
According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), every employer is responsible for ensuring occupational safety and health protection in the company. In order to implement this, it is necessary to identify the hazards that exist in the workplace, assess them and then derive appropriate measures. It is also necessary to check whether the measures taken achieve the desired objective. The results of this assessment must be documented. This process is called risk assessment.
